Is That So? is a band of musicians who have come together to revive an interest in fun music! Oh sure, they perform some music that is not so fun, but it’s still music that evokes fond memories in the lives of the members and their audience.
Members:
Sandy Serge – vocals, 12-string guitar, mandolin
Mark Waterbury – vocals, percussion, harmonica
Traci Adams – lead vocals, 6-string guitar
How they got their name:
One of Eckhart Tolle’s favorite sayings “Is that so?” is the way he responds to gossip rather than joining in the conversation. ‘Is that so?” was also a favorite response of the band member’s Uncle Fred when told life stories. The band members are doing the best they can to live up to the history and credo of that saying :-).
